I'm Caira Blevins — a UX and product designer based in the New York metropolitan area. I earned my degree from the University of Michigan and bring a unique lens to design shaped by years of STEM teaching, violin playing, dance, and poetry.
Raised in Detroit, I carry a grit and determination that shapes everything I do — from designing STEM curricula tailored to each student's individual needs, to pushing through late-night design sprints with my team. That Detroit drive is why I fight for my communities in every product I touch, and why collaboration comes naturally to me. My work sits at the intersection of research, empathy, and craft — creating inclusive experiences for underrepresented communities and making technology feel human.
My Toolkit
Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights to ground every design decision in real human need.
Crafting clean, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces with a strong eye for typography, color, and hierarchy.
Translating business goals and user needs into clear product strategies and prioritized feature roadmaps.
Designing inclusively for all users — applying WCAG standards and advocating for equity in every product I touch.
